Once a historical house and fully renovated and refurnished in 2022, Present Perfect Villa now welcomes you to its modern facilities, while reserving the rustic traditional feel of the past. In absolute uniformity with the local architecture and respecting the surrounding environment, this villa has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and two bathrooms. The outdoor area offers a private pool, bbq facilities, outdoor shower, sunbeds and lounge area.
The space
The first bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and direct access to the outdoor space with the private pool. The second one has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Then, we find the living area which comes with a satellite high-definition TV, two beautiful couches that sleeps 1 more guest, an open plan kitchen, dining area, and all the amenities for a luxurious stay!
On the outside, there is a completely private pool and a comfortable lounge area with dining table. chairs, sunbeds.
